Special Member Discounts
Individuals who are members of the WSCM founding organisation, IFCM (the International Federation for Choral Music) or the Symposium's 2020 host organisation NZCF (the New Zealand Choral Foundation) are eligible to access special discounts on full and half registrations (across earlybird, advanced and standard bookings).
Anyone can join IFCM as a personal member and access the maximum discount of NZD80 off full Symposium registrations or NZD55 off half Symposium registrations.

Become a member of IFCM
The International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM) very much values the support and commitment of the membership to bring choral music of the world together. Each member can be an active and vital part of the international choral community and in the process of "Volunteers connecting our Choral World".
Benefits to members include a valued and active participation in the international choral community, an input in the future directions of global choral music, the opportunity to find expertise in choral training and development through contact with leading professional choral musicians and to exchange skills and ideas. It also includes the quarterly edition of the International Choral Bulletin (ICB), access to hundreds of ICB articles from the archives (with their translation in French, German and Spanish), access to the online World Choral Census and membership Database, the monthly IFCMeNEWS and access to the Choral Calendar including thousands of international choral events.
IFCM members are part of the world's largest network of organizations and institutions working in the field of music through IFCM's membership to the International Music Council.

Become a member of NZCF
Members of the New Zealand Choral Federation belong to the largest choral network in this country, with over 21,000 members drawn from approximately 230 chamber/community choirs, 280 school choirs and 400 personal members. NZCF is a member of the International Federation for Choral Music.
Your Personal NZCF membership helps support choral music in New Zealand and entitles you to a range of benefits.
As a member of NZCF you will have the opportunity to form networks with other choral singers and conductors, for support and the sharing of information and resources. You'll receive invitations to educational NZCF events, such as choral singing and conducting workshops, run by top New Zealand and international choral practitioners. NZCF members have access to reduced ticket prices to all NZCF events and other concerts, and preferential acceptance where numbers are limited. Plus you'll get the monthly eBreve newsletter, access to educational articles on the NZCF website and voting rights in elections and on constitutional matters.
