Stockholms Musikgymnasium Chamber choir was founded in 1989 and Helene Stureborg has been the choir's conductor since 2002. Over the years the ensemble has achieved great success with well-received concerts, competition awards and regularly invitations to participate in master classes and international conventions.
In the past ten years the choir has garnered prizes and placings at Marktoberdorf International Choral competition (2010), Cork International Choral Competition (2011), Maribor International Choral Competition (2013), Debrecen International Choral Competition (2014), Grand Prix in Bulgary (2017) and European Grand Prix in Maribor (2018). In addition to album recordings the singers have toured and performed across Scandinavia and Europe.
